1. Refund Policy
GenText offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their initial subscription purchase. If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment by contacting our support team at support@gentext.ai . Refunds are not available for renewals, except in cases of billing errors.

2. Shipping or Delivery Policy
GenText is a digital SaaS product, and no physical items are shipped. Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to the software through their registered account. If you experience any issues accessing your subscription, please contact support.

3. Return Policy and Process
As GenText is a digital service, returns are not applicable. However, customers who qualify under our refund policy may request a refund within the specified timeframe.

4. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their GenText subscription at any time via their account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and customers will retain access to the product until that time. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
