GenText Group Fulfillment Policy

1. Refund Policy

GenText Group offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their initial subscription purchase for any of our products, including GenText AI Assistant and LexDraft. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment by contacting our support team at support@gentext.ai for GenText and support@lexdraft.ai for LexDraft. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals, except in cases of billing errors.

2. Delivery Policy

All GenText Group products, including GenText AI Assistant and LexDraft, are digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, and no physical items are shipped. Upon successful payment, customers will receive immediate access to the software through their registered account. If you experience any issues accessing your subscription for any of our products, please contact our support team.

3. Return Policy

As all GenText Group products are digital services, returns are not applicable. However, customers who qualify under our refund policy may request a refund within the specified 7-day timeframe.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their subscription to any GenText Group product at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and customers will retain access to the product until that time. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
