Fix: Citation Sources Missing in Word
Réponse Rapide

Le problème
Your Word citations display as blanks, question marks, or partial information. Citation placeholders show ”[?]” or “[source not found].” When you hover over citations, source details don’t appear. Bibliographie shows sources as incomplete or missing. Moving document to new computer breaks citations. Citations reference sources that no longer exist in the document.
Solution rapide

- Allez à Références > Gérer les sources (or Insérer > Citation > Manage Sources)
- The Source Manager dialog opens
- Left side shows “Master List” (all available sources)
- Right side shows “Current List” (sources in this document)
- Look in Current List for citations with missing sources
- If Current List is empty, no sources exist
- To restore:
- In Master List, find the source
- Cliquez it to select
- Cliquez Copiez button
- Source moves to Current List
- If source not in Master List, create new:
- Cliquez New
- Enter source information
- Cliquez OK
- Répétez for all missing sources
