A path to a higher tier

After 10 valid paid referrals, consistently compliant partners may be invited to a 50% rate for future referrals. This tier is reviewed, not automatic or retroactive.

Pilot program terms

Commission and bonus

  • Base commission is 40% of eligible net subscription revenue and eligible net 12-month prepaid plan revenue actually collected from a referred customer during that customer's first 12 months.
  • The one-time US$100 activation bonus becomes eligible after 5 distinct, valid paid referrals have cleared the standard hold.
  • Taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, disputed or fraudulent payments, self-referrals, and non-cash transactions do not earn commission.

Tracking and payouts

  • Affiliate links use a 60-day referral cookie. Browser restrictions, consent choices, deleted cookies, or an overwritten referral can prevent attribution.
  • Commissions remain pending for 45 days after the applicable payment so refunds and chargebacks can be reconciled.
  • Payouts are processed manually once per month after at least US$50 is due. Affiliates must provide valid payment, identity, tax, and invoicing information when requested.
  • Rewardful records referrals and commissions; GenText's payment records control if there is a verified discrepancy.

Promotion rules

  • Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship near each recommendation, in the format required by the FTC, Competition Bureau Canada, ASA, or other rules that apply to your audience.
  • Use accurate product claims and your genuine experience. Do not promise grades, publication, undetectable AI output, guaranteed citations, or outcomes GenText does not promise.
  • No unsolicited bulk messages, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, deceptive redirects, impersonation, fake reviews, trademark misuse, or promotion on unlawful or infringing content.
  • No bidding on “GenText,” confusing variants, GenText domains, or other GenText trademarks in paid search, and no ads that present the affiliate as GenText or an official GenText account.
  • Do not distribute unpublished coupons or place affiliate links on coupon/deal sites without written approval.

Review and program changes

Applications are reviewed for audience fit and promotional integrity. GenText may reject or remove an affiliate, reverse ineligible commissions, or update the program prospectively. Material changes apply to future activity and will be communicated through the affiliate dashboard or the affiliate's registered email.
