Alex founded GenText Group in 2023 after seeing firsthand how much time academic researchers spend on formatting, citation management, and repetitive writing tasks. What started as a side project to speed up paper writing grew into a Microsoft for Startups partner serving users in over 50 countries.
Today Alex leads product and engineering across GenText, LexDraft, and MentalNote — three Word add-ins built for the specific needs of academics, lawyers, and clinicians.
